The Bill envisages realization of Ukraine´s commitments regarding coordination of import duty rates on goods and commodities with the rates defined by the schedule of Ukraine´s tariff commitments for Year 2008, which is an integral part of the Protocol on Ukraine´s Accession to the WTO.
Thus, basic rules of interpretation of Ukrainian classification of commodities of foreign economic activity have been supplemented with regulations concerning application of specific and combined import duty rates.
A relevant Bill (Reg. No. 2351-1) was registered in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
